Our story

It all started with a conviction

We are a family that has been living and breathing Iberian products for three generations. Not theoretically, but from the fields, from the cellars, from the accumulated knowledge of those who have spent decades learning to distinguish good from exceptional.

When we decided to take that knowledge to an online store, we asked ourselves one question: would we sell this to a friend? If the answer is yes, it goes into the catalog. If there's any doubt, it doesn't. It's that simple. It's that demanding.

Every autumn, the pigs graze freely under the holm oaks. The acorns do the rest: that characteristic marbled fat that cannot be imitated.

Maturation

More than 36 months in the cellar. Patience is the ingredient that cannot be bought. Time transforms raw material into something irreplaceable.

We only work with what we believe in. If a product doesn't convince us on the first try, it doesn't make it to our store. It's that simple and that demanding.

Authenticity is not a value that is declared, it is a practice that is exercised every time we say no to something that doesn't measure up. And we say no much more often than we say yes.

Iberian ham is born from a balance: between the animal and its environment, between the producer and their land, between us and the customer. Any misstep breaks that balance.
