Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Casa Maravillas. By making a purchase or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by Spanish legislation and European Union regulations, particularly Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Access and Account

By accepting these Terms, you declare that you are of legal age (18 years old). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity carried out from your account.

2. Our Products

Casa Maravillas sells artisanal Iberian products. Please note that:

  • The appearance and color of the products may vary from the images, given the artisanal nature of Iberian products.
  • The weight of whole pieces is approximate. The final price may be adjusted to the exact weight of the piece shipped.
  • Availability is subject to the season and the curing process.

3. Orders

Your order will not be considered accepted until Casa Maravillas confirms its acceptance via email. Pursuant to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with the exceptions applicable to perishable food products.

4. Prices and Billing

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs will be itemized before confirming the order. For deliveries outside Spain but within the EU, VAT may vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and European Union countries. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Delivery times are indicative estimates. Once the order is delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

6. Quality and Guarantees

All our products comply with Spanish and European food safety regulations (Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011). Our hams and paletas have a traceability seal or tag. Please do not remove this label, as it constitutes the product guarantee.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, in the event of a damaged product, order error, or accredited curing defect. For whole pieces, the piece must retain at least 75% of its original weight and the intact traceability seal.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Intellectual Property

All content of the store (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Casa Maravillas or its licensors. Its reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Uses

It is expressly prohibited to:

  • Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of Casa Maravillas or third parties.
  • Make purchases for commercial resale without express authorization.
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Services without authorization.
