Ibérico de Cebo 50% Jamón has a smooth and balanced profile that calls for accompaniments that enhance it without overpowering it.

  • Wine:Fino or Manzanilla de Jerez — their dry and slightly salty profile cleanses the palate between slices. A young fruity red (Tempranillo, Grenache) or a Cava Brut also work well.
  • Bread:Cristal bread or country-style bread at room temperature. Avoid breads with aromatic seeds that compete with the ham.
  • Other:Manzanilla olives, picos camperos (breadsticks), and fresh grated tomato with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil are natural companions.
Gluten-free. No declarable allergens (EU Regulation 1169/2011). Ingredients: Iberian pork ham, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (E-331iii), and preservatives (E-252, E-250).
