Ibérico Cebo 50% Ham has a smooth, balanced profile that calls for accompaniments that enhance it without overpowering it.

  • Wine: Fino or Manzanilla sherry — its dry, slightly salty profile cleanses the palate between slices. A young, fruity red (Tempranillo, Grenache) or a Cava Brut also works well.
  • Bread: Cristal bread or rustic country bread at room temperature. Avoid breads with aromatic seeds that compete with the ham.
  • Other:Manzanilla olives, "picos camperos" (rustic breadsticks), and fresh grated tomato with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil are natural companions.
